Become a customer with Heimdal and get a complete whistleblowing system. Subscription to the whistleblowing service costs 499 EUR per year. For non-profit organizations and companies with fewer than 50 employees, we offer the service for free. No startup cost.

After ordering, you will receive a starter package with information on how the system works, a company-unique link, templates for whistleblowing policy and procedures.

Report recipients

We recommend that you set up two contacts as report recipients for whistleblowing. The persons receiving the reports should be independent and autonomous, for example HR manager, lawyer/corporate lawyer, CFO, CEO or board member. The system supports multiple report recipients and you can add other recipients later.

Please note that the email addresses below will not be displayed on the whistleblowing page, only the name and function/title of the recipient. However, each report recipient must be informed that they have been registered as a whistleblowing contact and must have the mandate to act on and investigate any whistleblowing without approval from other parts of the organization. You will receive more information on how the system handles reporting after ordering.

The company hereby guarantees that the report recipient's details are correctly stated and that the address is only handled by the named person.

The company I represent approves Heimdal Systems' General Terms and Conditions and the attached Data Processing Agreement for the provision of Heimdal Whistleblowing Service.

After submitting the form, you will receive an order confirmation with invoice within a few days, as well as a company-unique link to your whistleblowing form, a whistleblowing policy and procedure template for internal use. You will also receive information on how the system works and how to implement it. The order is not binding until the sent invoice for the annual fee is paid.

What is included in the service?

With Heimdal's whistleblowing service, you get a complete system that complies with all requirements according to the Whistleblower Protection Act (2021:890) and the EU Whistleblower Directive. The system includes a secure platform for anonymous reporting where users can submit reports and have encrypted two-way communication with report recipients without revealing their identity.

The system helps you meet statutory response times through automatic reminders and deadline management. You also get support with standardized templates for whistleblowing policy and procedures that can be adapted to your organization's needs.

Easy implementation

After ordering, you will receive a unique link to your whistleblowing form that you can easily publish on your website, intranet or in other communication channels. No technical integration required - just copy and paste the link. You can also personalize the environment with your own logo to create a more trustworthy experience.

Security and compliance

All data is stored within the EU/EEA and the system is designed to comply with GDPR, NIS2 and Swedish legislation. Communication is encrypted both during transfer and at rest, and we do not log identity information or metadata that can trace users. This ensures full anonymity for whistleblowers and protects your organization according to applicable regulations.

The subscription runs annually with one month's notice before the end of the term. When we receive an order, a starter package is sent with a company-unique link to your whistleblowing form, which can easily be published as a link on your website and intranet, as well as templates for whistleblowing policy, procedures and a standardized data processing agreement.
